The Cause
HeadsUp is Rehab's youth suicide prevention project that is delivered using a mental health promotion approach. The main target group for HeadsUp is people aged 15-24 years old. HeadsUp aims to deliver timely information, support and skills before they come to a point of crisis in their lives.
HeadsUp facilitates and actively encourages youth involvement in the development of the project, in order to ensure that it meets the needs of this age group. We work with community groups, fathers and on workplace initiatives. HeadsUp delivers a number of different progrmmes throughout the country including the HEadsUp Text Service, Suicide Intervention skills courses, HeadsUp Lifeskills courses, Raising Boys for Fathers and the HeadsUp website.
Funds from the 5 Peaks challenge will go directly towards the delivery of HeadsUp activity within the community.

To join the cllenge we are asking each participant* to raise a minimum of €1600 which will help strengthen and grow the HeadsUp project across the country.

Upon sign up you will receive a fundraising pack which will include sponsorship cards, materials and ideas to help to get you started. A registration fee of €100 will apply.
You will also have the support of your local Rehab organisers who will assist you with your fundraising needs.
