About ‘Art from the Heart ‘

Art from the Heart is a section of the HeadsUp website that allows you the space to express your thoughts, wishes and secrets in picture format. Sometimes it is difficult to express exactly how you feel. Sometimes we can all feel that we have nowhere to go with our deepest thoughts and feelings. This section allows you the space to say exactly how you feel through art.

All posts to this page will be confidential. No names will appear beside the postcards. It is important that when adding postcards to this page that you do not use information that will identify you in any way. You are not permitted to use images of other people or places that will identify your post. HeadsUp cannot monitor all images submitted to Art from the Heart so this is your responsibility.

How to create a post for ‘Art from the Heart’.

• Obtain a picture, image or postcard that best represents your post.

• Print out the image if needs be and customise the image as required using text, markers etc.

• You can also design a picture using photoshop if you are tech savvy.

• Scan the image and email to info@ headsup.ie or post to The HeadsUp Project, RehabCare, Roslyn Park, Beach Road, Sandymount, Dublin 4

• Include a Title if you like
